EXO is one of the hottest bands in the world. You’re probably looking for some EXO merchandise that you can take everywhere with you. Here
I’ll show you all my favorite places to get the bets EXO merch and where to find it in your country.
There are a lot of kpop fans all over the world, so the best place to buy most EXO merchandise is online. When you buy it online, you can make sure that they ship to your country. Kpop seems to be especially big in the US, UK, Philippines, and Malaysia. Fortunately all my favortie places to find good kpop merchandise ship worldwide, including to those locations.
Some of the hottest EXO gear is things you wear like shirts, hoodies, hats, etc. Phone cases are also really popular because, even though it’s not clothes, you still take it everywhere with you. Here, I’m gooing to be talking about my favorite places to find all of these. If you’re a BTS fan too, you can see our post on BTS merchandise.
The most popular EXO t shirt (and my favorite) is the EXO Nebula T Shirt. They have them at RedBubble for for a regular fit, or you can get a fitted t shirt for (USD).
Don’t be fooled by the male model in the picture or that it just shows a t shirt.
Just click on it and you can select the the womens, mens, long sleeves vs short sleeves, hoodies, etc. They make pretty much any type of shirt you could want in with this design on the front.
EXO Phone Case
Another must for any EXO fan is an fan phone case. You take your phone with you everywhere so this is a great thing to have. My favorite is the EXO We Are One phone case. It has all the members names with the word love in the middle. The background is white and all the write is a nice mix of black, gray and teal. This one is only be made for Samsung Galaxy phones.
If you have an iPhone, the most popular EXO phone case is this one. It has the classic white EXO logo on black. If O had an iPhone, this is the one I would likely get for myself.
These phone cases are all in the low 20 dollar range, which makes them very reasonable to buy. If you would like something a little fancier, they have some other ones that are up to like these. These are the iPhone wallet-style phone cases that have a cover and pockets to put cards and stuff in. These are the 2 best sellers: The black/gold EXO logo and D.O. having a party with confetti.
What are the hottest EXO posters? Here they are!
The EXO first year poster is a favorite of mine. It has a bit of nostalgia with the black and white vintage look. Also, it has all the old members, including the ones that sued SM Entertainment and left… Luhan 보고시포! (“I miss you, Luhan” in Korean) This one comes in Small or Medium size, which is 23″ by 16″ or 33″ by 23″ respectively. The small is and the medium is .
Another great poster is this pink one with a layout of the 9 remaining members. If you like pink and EXO, then this poster is for you. This one only comes in small, which is 23″ by 13″ and costs .
Another EXO merchandise item I found that is really cute is EXO dresses. I’ll post more about that later. For now, you can see my other article on dresses.
To wrap things up, check out this great video by Janelle Jae showing her big EXO merchandise haul:

Welcome to our BTS merchandise page! BTS (aka Bangtan Boys) are one of the hottest groups in Kpop right now. So, naturally, we want to show our love and support for their great music! We’ve found some of the best places to buy official BTS merchandise online.
Here’s the scoop. I do a lot of poking around for kpop fan merchandise, so I know a lot of the best places to buy stuff. Here’s my top picks for different BTS products.
Do you want posters of the BTS members individually or them as a group? How about both? You’ll probably want to get a BTS poster of just the whole group, plus one of your bias like a lot of fans. We’ll either way, I have found some really nice ones. Check these out. These are some of the most popular ones right now:
BTS Group Posters
If you’re looking for the ones with individual members, here’s some really nice ones I’ve found. By the way, you can click the image to go and buy one for yourself, too.
Here we’ve got Jungkook being adorable in a shopping cart, Suga being serious, and V making a V. Pretty ironic isn’t it? The next row below, we have Taehyung on a skateboard, Rap Monster looking tough, and Jimin just chillin’. These are from a site called Redbubble and I like them a lot. You can check them out here.
BTS Individual Members Posters
BTS Phone Case
Ok, so these phone cases are really nice. I love kpop-themed phone cases because you take it with you wherever you go! There are some great BTS phone cases that I’ve found.
These are really cool, because they have, not only BTS themed phone cases, but also even cases themed around individual songs/albums like “Dead Leaves“, “Papillon”, “Wings”, or my favorite the “I Need You” BTS phone case. That one has that nice picture of all the boys on the grass everybody knows. See All Kpop Posters.
Additionally, they have laptop sleeves and stuff like that, too.
Another great fan merchandise item is notebooks. You may want it for school, or just to write at home. But, it’s great having BTS right there with you. Like the phone cases, the BTS notebooks come in all different styles.
Here’s some of my favorites (pictured below): The first on it just a cute list of “kpop fan talents” like “the ability to memorize 12-member groups” faster than subjects in school. The second one is some of the lyrics from “Tomorrow”.The third notebook is just a nice picture of BTS with a light blue backgroun and their signatures in white. The signatures are obviously not an original actual signature from a BTS member but a copy, but still cool nonetheless. Number four is just plain black and white with the member’s names. The 5th notebook is cute little cartoons of the boys. The 6th one is inspired by “Wings” and has a really nice picture with the BTS members’ signatures (again, a copy). Then, there’s “Dead Leaves”, another cute cartoon one, an “In the Shadows” inspired notebook, a polaroid-fashioned one, a nice close-up picture of our Golden Maknae Jungkook. The last one is funny. It just says “Infires” which was a funny moment when Suga when someone said “inspires” and he thought they said “infires”.
More BTS Fan Merchandise
We’ll be adding more to this BTS fan merchandise page, so be sure to check back soon. BTS fans will also want to read our full review of the BTS lightstick – The Army Bomb. It’ a great light stick and we go into all the detail and features of it. I didn’t put it on here since we already have a whole post dedicated to that lightstick and other kpop lightsticks.
Other Kpop Posters and Merchandise
Some of the most popular BTS merch is posters. Everyone loves a great poster, but where can you get one? We we have another full article on Kpop posters. In that article, we discuss some of my favorite places to buy posters for all different kpop artists, including BTS, EXO, Mamamoo, Red Velvet, and more. We also have a full post on some of the best places to get kpop merchandise for other groups.
A Little About BTS
BTS‘ name translates to “Bulletproof Boyscouts” and they debuted in 2013. Their members include Jungkook, Jimin, Suga, V, J-Hope, Rap Monster, and Jin. Rap Monster is the leader and main rapper (obviously, with a name like rap monster, right?). Jin (shortened, from Seok Jin) is the visual. J-Hope and Jimin are the dance leaders. V is the vocalist (meaning he’s the youngest) and Jungkook is the maknae. Jungkook is also considered by some to be the fae as he’s one of the most popular. I like the #BTS Twitter feed to stay up to date as well as the BTS Tumblr tag feed.
Here’s their most popular video, Blood Sweat and Tears:
And our very own video, showing some of the stuff in this article:
And, I can’t end the article without this picture of V. I want a phone case of that!

Looking for kpop posters? No kpop fan’s decor would be complete without some posters with their favorite kpop stars. There are many places where you can find quality kpop posters online. Here’s some of my favorite picks: RedBubble and Amazon.
(I like Yesasia for photobooks and mini posters, but if you’re looking for full sized posters for your wall, then Redbubble and Amazon are the way to go.)
#1 Favorite Place for Kpop Posters
My favorite place to find kpop posters is Redbubble. They have really nice ones that you won’t find anywhere else. The have a nice big selection of posters, especially if you’re into BTS and EXO. Some big EXO and BTS fans on there :). But they do have pretty much all the kpop stars, even some of the lesser known ones. Here’s the kind of stuff you’ll find on RedBubble.
See All Kpop Stars Posters on RedBubble
EXO Posters on Redbubble
BTS Posters on Redbubble
Their selection is really nice and they even have a a few fan-made-style posters if that’s what you like. But, overall, I consider it the best place to find posters of your favorite kpop groups. For more ways to show your kpop fandom, you can also see my articles on other kpop fan merchandise and kpop fan lightsticks. Also, check out our page especially made for all BTS fan merchandise.
Favorite Place #2 – Amazon
Another great place to buy kpop posters from is Amazon. They have a wide variety of posters to choose from. It’s pretty easy to open up a store on Amazon, so you will find the most selection there:
Click to see the selection on Amazon
One cool thing about Amazon is that they have some more obscure posters. For example, some posters that only came with a certain album, or were only sold at a concert, are some of the gems that you could find here.
Be mindful on here, though. While it’s really cool that they have some of the harder to find posters, not all are legit. This is kind of a funny example:
Looks great, right? This is a rare poster of G Dragon and T.O.P of Big Bang in some nice black suits. But what’s that in the top left corner?
Who is “G Drogon”?
Anyway, it is what it is, lol. If you look closely at the seller information it says it’s “by Poster Station” but if you look at the fulfillment information below it, it’s actually shipped and sold by someone called “wiangwee_k” and ships from Thailand. So, it looks like this one’s a knockoff, or unofficial product. They’re probably just a 3rd party that just finds a decent sized image that they know kpop fans will like (other fans too, they sell posters about pretty much everything) and print it off on poster paper on their own.
That being said, the people who bought it do seem really happy with it. If you look at the reviews for this poster, they all mention that despite the type they still really like the poster. It’s of good quality and they enjoy it very much overall.
Putting up You Poster
Here’s a neat little video on how to put up your poster. She shows how to use sticky tack to make sure the poster’s edges don’t fold over and how to position them so they don’t fall down.
Here’s another video from KpopSteve about things to think about for poster placement in your room (not next to doors is an important one!)
I hope that these two resources have been helpful to you. I’m sure that whatever you’re looking for, one of these two will have the poster you’re looking for. Worst case scenario, you just make your own on several websites for -, depending on the size. If you do that, just make sure you use a really high resolution image. It may look good on your computer, but it’s going to be blown up to several feet tall. So, it has to be a really high res image for a poster, otherwise it will look grainy and pixelated.
Please leave me a comment below and let me know if you have your own favorite place to find kpop posters online.
If posters aren’t your thing but you love EXO, check out all their merchandise here.

Here’s an extremely popular lightstick among kpop fans: the Big Bang Light Stick Version 4! If you’re here, you already know that in 2014 Big Bang the World Music Awards‘ World’s Best Group, World’s Best Live Act, and the World’s Best Video. You also know that in between winning Daesangs left and right in Korea, they collect international awards like getting the MTV Europe Music Awards for Best Worldwide Act. So here, I’m going to show you where you can get your own piece of essential Big Bang merchandise: their Version 4 Light Stick!
Where to Buy
Buy Your Official Big Bang Version 4 Light Stick
Overview: This is a great light stick. It is sleek and elegant and a pretty nice size, boasting the Big Bang yellow crown atop a white or black base/handle. Good quality construction and nice functionality with a sound-responsive flashing mode.
It has the Big Bang B on top of the yellow lotus flower/crown shape. The B is visible from the top as you can see here in the picture. Overall it’s very pretty and something you would likely want to keep to decorate your room with.
The white or black button, depending on which color you bought, is the on and off switch. The yellow button, which is the same on both, is the mode switch. It has a nice black lanyard with Big Bang Written on one side and YG on the other.
It needs 2 AAA batteries that do not come with the light stick.
It’s pretty large, but it’s not too heavy to be difficult to hold at a concert. The material feels sturdy, but not too thick to be heavy and tiring. The base unscrews several times to put batteries in, which is great. By this I mean that you have to twist it several times around to unscrew the bottom of the base.
Not all kpop lightsticks have this. Some kpop lightsticks (at least in the past, they seem to make most of them of a higher quality now) the bottom of the base would just kind of twist off in one turn.
This makes it really easy to fall out by accident, meaning you will probably drop it and risk breaking it or losing it at a concert. Also, if the threading gets stripped inside, then good luck getting that thing to screw back on! There’s so little threading, that if you strip it by accident by turning it too hard when the threads aren’t aligned properly, it’ll be messed up and be difficult, if not impossible, to put it back on.
That’s one main reason why I say this light stick is of good quality construction. The base twists many times to smoothly hold it in place and stay there.
Here is the box in comes in. You’ll might throw it away, but some fans like to keep it. It is a pretty box and a good size for keeping stuff in if you decide to keep it and use it for something.
Reaction mode for this light stick is really cool. It basically has a little microphone that senses when sound is being played and will flash on and off to the beat of the music. It works well both at concerts and some fans even have fun playing with this feature at home, too. Like this:
Here is it in action! This is the Big Bang performing at the Alive Galaxy Tour in LA.
If you want to see another kpop light stick that is even more advanced, check out my post on EXO’s Version 2 Lightstick. But, there are other really cool light sticks that don’t have much advancesd functionality but are stick really cool, like the BTS Lightstick.
Other Things It Comes With
It comes with instructions on how to replace the battery. But, let’s be honest. You can probably figure that part out yourself without these instructions.
Here is a beautiful unboxing video done by Life with Anna.
Where to Buy Yours Outside Korea (USA, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Others)
If you live in Korea, you’re probably not looking it up online, so here’s the scoop:
If you want to buy if from the YG eShop online, you have to sign up for Naver, which is entirely in Korean. I don’t know about you, but I don’t feel too comfortable putting in my credit card info when I can’t really understand the text on the page. My Korean is ok, but not THAT good!
So, if you’re from the USA, Malaysia, Singapore or the Philippines, (like a lot of kpop fans are) you still want your Big Bang light stick!
Fortunately, though, you can buy official Big Bang merchandise from English-friendly websites like YesAsia. They have all legit official merchandise and provide a great means to buy for those not living in Korea.
We have a new post on BTS, showing some of the BTS merchandise such as posters, notebooks, phone cases and more!

Welcome to the Kpop Merchandise Shop! Here’s where I have collected the best places to get fan merchandise. I’ve looked around at a lot of places and know the ins and outs of the best and worst places to buy from. I’ll share with you my favorite kpop clothing store, where to get official fan merchandise like lightsticks and photocards, where to download music that counts toward the Korean charts, my favorite kpop online store in general, and more!
Browse the categories of our kpop shop and see where the best places are to get your fan gear.
Kpop Clothing Store – both Mens and Womens. What’s the best place to find Kpop clothing fashion online? Check out our top picks. Also, see our article exclusively about dresses in Korea.
Kpop Lightsticks – We have a whole page dedicated to lightsticks! Some of the new ones are really exciting as they are interactive! We’ve got some awesome videos on that page showcasing that. Special Pages: Full Review of EXO’s Version 2 Lightstick and Big Bang’s Version 4 Lightstick.
Kpop Accessories – Here’s we have a hodgepodge of all the kpop merchandise you can handle. These are the things that don’t really fit into any other category other than “accessories”. But, they include things like kpop keychains, photocards, photocard binders, notebooks, posters, backpack, keyboards, dolls, etc.
Kpop Phone Cases and Tablet Covers – for iphone, samsung and others
Here’s a rundown on my favorite site to buy on of the most important kpop merchandise: phone cases. You take your phone everywhere with you, so it’s one fashion accessory that you can always count on to be with with. This is why I think it’s a great idea to have multiple cases so you can switch out when you feel like it. You can get a few different ones that you like and switch them out whenever you want!
Music -Where to legally buy music that officially counts toward the music charts. Not all music that you buy online, especially if you don’t pay for it, counts toward the Korean kpop music charts. So, if you’re trying really want to show love and appreciation to your favorite kpop stars, you’ll want to buy your music through the right channels. Otherwise, not only are they not getting compensated for their work, but the quality of their music is not being reflected in the charts and they’re not getting the recognition they deserve.
Food – where to buy authentic Korean food
Kpop Online Shop Phillipines, Malaysia, and UK
A note to our visitors from the Philippines, Malaysia and the UK.
Most of the places we have mentioned here will work for you if you are looking for a kpop online shop in the Philippines. Most of the stores offer shipping to the Philippines. Just in case it doesn’t we’ll mention it somewhere in the notes so you don’t waste time shopping on an online store that doesn’t ship to your country. But, again, if you’re looking for kpop merchandise Philippines, pretty much all the stores we mention will work fine you.
The same goes for those looking for a kpop shop Malaysia and UK for your fan merchandise.

The BTS Army Bomb Lightstick is definitely one of the coolest looking lightsticks out there. It looks awesome, and the functionality of it is simple and easy to use. In this post we have: where to buy yours, a video with V and his lightstick, an unboxing video, and details about the lightstick.

Here’s a great video of V from BTS playing with an Army Bomb lightstick backstage. Always cute to see the boys having fun :)
Unboxing Video of the Lightstick
See it in action! Here’s a nice unboxing video by Tina Davidsson. At 3:13 she turns off the lights and shows you what the BTS Army Bomb Light Stick (Big Hit Entertainment) looks like when in lights up, if you want to skip to that part.
Details about the Army Bomb Lightstick
It has 4 different light settings: On, off, blink and flicker. Blink and flicker are similar, one is just faster than the other. It uses 3 AAA batteries that should last about 6 hours. The batteries are included. And, it comes with a nice felt bag, too.
You can see it here lit up:
This diagram is in millimeters, but so you don’t have to look it up the lightstick is about 9.5 inches long. That should give you an idea of the size.
See pictures of the front and back.

EXO Lightstick Official Version 2.0
First, we are going to take a look at the EXO lightstick. There are 2 versions of this light stick. The first one is called EXO 1.0 and was used for their first concerts. Now, we have EXO Official Light Stick ver 2.0. It looks similar to the first one, but come in white AND has the new feature of syncing to the stage lighting at concerts!
Overview - MUST Watch Video Where to Buy The Boxes Construction Functionality - The Basics Functionality - The Really Cool Stuff Setup For Version 2.0 Extras
Version 2.0 seems to be of much better quality than the original. The coolest new feature of Version 2.0, though, is how it synchronizes to the stage lighting at concerts. To do this, you just sync up the lightstick to your concert ticket using your smart phone. I have instructions on that below, but first…
You have to see this video of the lightstick in action…
How Cool is this?
This lightstick will register where you are sitting in the stadium and will flash in sync with the stage lights at the concert. This alone makes Version 2.0 way better than Version 1.0, but it seems most EXO fans have both to make the collection complete.
Where to Buy
Buy EXO Official Lightstick Version 2.0
Buy the EXO Official Lightstick Version 1.0
The boxes look almost identical besides the obvious color difference and the writing on the back. Version 1.0 has the space background on the inside flap whereas 1.0 is plain white.
The new version definitely seems to have been an improvement over version 1.0. Although they are the same size, the new one feels more solid and heavier and has a much better mechanism for screwing in the base. By base, I mean the part that you take off to put the batteries in.
EXO Official Lightstick Version 2.0 (the new one)
EXO Official Lightstick Version 1.0 (the original)
For version 1.0, it just twists about half a turn into place. But, that makes it easy for it to fall out by accident. Version 2.0, by contrast, actually twists around several times so that it gets screwed into place firmly and stays there. Version 2.0 also comes with a silver colored base that you can switch out if you want some variety or something different from the white.
The light in the head of the light stick of version 2.0 is also brighter and whiter than itspredecessor. They have the same functions as far as blinking. The both blink fast and slow as well as just stay on without blinking.
So now you can use sync your EXO lightstick to your concert ticket’s seat number. When you do you your lightstick will synchronize with the stage lighting during the concert! It’s really a great idea. Here’s a small sample demonstrating what it does.
Just imagine this multiplied by a THOUSAND screaming fans:
Setup for Ver 2.0
Instructions From Baekhyn
The setup for it is really easy. You can watch this video with EXO’s Baekhyun (백현) himself as he explains how to set it up. There are english subs if you don’t speak Korean.
Complete Walkthrough by 팬사이트큐태면
Here is a nice detailed walk-through of the setup. She literally sets it up in front of you.
You can also sign up for the Official EXO fanclub app in Google Play.
They both also come with stickers of the EXO members, a warranty card, and some of the other essentials. For more, see our post on other EXO merchandise.
Here is an unboxing video showing the difference between EXO’s 2 lightsticks.
Thank for reading! I hope this article has helped you to learn more about EXO’s lightsticks and where you can buy your very own. You can’t go to a kpop concert without a your favorite groups’ kpop lightstick. If you’re new to kpop, a light stick is your way to show your support to your favorite kpop artists. It’s part the concert experience. Each artist or group has their own unique lightsticks that their fans use. These sometime change over time and for different concerts.
Here’s some of the top most requested kpop lightsticks, and where to buy them:
Big Bang Light Stick
We’re going to be updating this list soon, so if your favorite group isn’t listed here check back soon. Also, leave us a comment to let us know what lightsticks you are looking for.
Some of the most popular artists we get asked about for kpop fan light sticks are: EXO, Big Bang, Mamamoo, Infinite, 2NE1, Block B, SNSD (Girls Generation). We’re going to be talking about the best kpop light stick resources so you can find and buy your own.
Here’s a great video by Anabelle Lee of Lost.ByTheBlueSea showing off here kpop lightstick collection.
Features on New Lightsticks
Some lightsticks now even having interactive functionality! For example, EXO’s official lightstick version 2.0 can sync up with your phone to your concert ticket. It read the barcode on your concert ticket and registers where you will be sitting. Then, when you are at the concert, your lightstick will synchronize to the stage lighting!
You can use them at concerts to show your support, and they make great souvenirs and decoration for your room. For more EXO, check out other EXO Merchandise.
Kpop Lightstick Fandom Color
If you’ve ever wondered what the official fan colors are for the different groups, this is a handy chart. It doesn’t include some of the newer groups, but it is pretty comprehensive.
There is some debate over colors, though. For example, TVXQ (DBSK) fans were petitioning when iKON starting using their color, or at least what they felt was too close in color. Kpop fans are very enthusiastic and protectic of their groups, so the Cassiopeia was pretty adamant about it. They even started a petition. You can read more about the TVXQ and iKON fan colors issues here.
Usually, though, most bands have their own colors and no one causes a fuss.

I hope that this page gives you what you are looking for. I’m trying my best to stay on top of the latest developments in kpop and make sure that the biggest groups are properly represented here.
I want to make sure that this site stays current with the most popular kpop stars, so if you don’t see your favorite kpop group here, leave me a message and let me know.
One artists I have not been able to find a lightstick for is Red Velvet. It seems that they for some reason don’t have an official one. In fact, their fans have been using rainbow colors dusters as a placeholder until their official lightstick comes out.
I find it kind of strange that they don’t have one yet. They are very popular, and on a global scale too. I’m not sure why SM Entertainment hasn’t given them an official lightstick, yet. But, I’m sure they will :)
You can see more merchandise for specific kpop groups like BTS. Here is our new BTS merchandise page.

Have you seen the amazing clothes that they wear in period Korean dramas? They are the traditional Korean formal wear called a hanbok. Translated, it literally means “korean clothing”. There are many different kinds of hanboks and you may be wondering where you can buy one of your own. Fortunately, even if you don’t live in Korea (or a larger city with a Korea-town) you can still buy hanboks online. There are lots of stores online that sell hanboks, so I’ll be writing soon about the differences between them and which are the best places to buy YOUR awesome traditional, k-drama worthy Korean hanbok!
You’ve likely seen a lot of your favorite hallyu stars in a hanbok. Lee Min Ho, Song Joong Ko, Lee Hyun Woo, etc, etc.
Real Deal Hanboks
The first place I want to tell you about is a seller on Amazon called Antique Alive. They custom male hanboks for you. You just buy the hanbok, tell them your measurements and they make it for you. Pretty neat, huh? It’s like you’re getting the Joseon royal treatment!
This is the “real deal” hanboks made in Korea. Since it is in Korea, it takes a couple of weeks to ship to you. But, if you want something authentic, this is your best bet. They do good work and are very well reviewed.
Check them out here: Antique Alive
We’re also going to be looking into cheaper hanboks and where you can find some decent ones without paying too much. Sometimes you may not necessarily want to pay for the Joseon-princess royal treatment, so I’ll be adding some more information here soon.
Main Hanbok Pieces
Here are what the different parts of the hanbok are called. There are different pieces that are only worn by men or women and some worn by both. Some things have changed throughout the centuries, as with all fashion, but the basics of it are fairly consistent enough for this explanation to be useful.
The jeogori is the top part. It is worn by both men and women, but the women’s is shorter and generally more ornate. The men’s is simpler and longer. Jeogori constists of a lot of different pieces, most of which you don’t really need to know. But, in case you’re interested, there’s the git, gil, goreum, seop, so-mae, buri. The little white piece that sticks out from under the collar is called the dongjeong.
Otgoreum (long cloth in front)
That piece of cloth you see in the front of the women’s hanbok is called the otgoreum. It’s just for decoration and hangs down nicely in along the chima, or skirt.
The chima is also only worn by women (the men wear a baji). There are single layered, double layered, and quilted chima. Underneath that, you wear a petticoat-like skirt called a sokchima.
The baji is the pants and is only worn by men. Chimas and bajis are kind of like the traidition Korean form of skirts and pants. They’re a lot baggier than westerner’s pants so that you can sit on the floor.
The black hat you see the men wear is called a gat. The frame is made of horse hair and the fabric is horse hair.
Women’s hanboks consist of jeogori and chima. Jeogori is the top part and is blouse/jacket and is more curvy looking than the men’s. The skirt part is called the chima. Also, only the women’s has the otgoreum.
The men’s hanbok also calls the top part jeogori, like the women’s. The men’s jeogori is a lot more simplistic than the women’s. The bottom pants are called a baji. They are pretty loose fitting to make it easy to sit on the floor. Po is what you call the robe that is worn over everything. Only the men get to rock that sweet gat.
Generally the hanboks are worn on formal or semiformal occasions. Ever since 1996, South Korea has Hanbok Day where they celebrate the the traditional Korean fashion everyone loves. There’s a big fashion show in Seoul and it’s been getting a lot of attention lately as all things Korean are exposed to a more globalized audience. Thanks to technology, this awesome style is being seen by people all over the world.. It even seems to be influencing fashion designers all over the world.
Well, more to come soon. For now, here is a picture of Song Jong Ki with his own sweet gat to hold you over. Also, let me know what kind of hanboks you’re interested in buying. Women’s hamboks vs men’s hanboks vs simple vs ornate? Message me and let me know what kind of hanbok you’re looking for and I’ll see what I can find.

I had a lot of different requests for different Kpop Fashion items. I’ve searched for and found everything from specific t-shirts and sneakers to shoulder harnesses and sailor dresses. In the process of looking for all of those Korean clothes, I’ve been able to find some of the best places to do Korean online shopping. It’s something that I love to do and have always enjoyed. And now, I’m going to be sharing some of my favorite places to buy Korean clothing online.
Korean Fashion Online
One of my favorite places to buy Korean fashion online is Yes Style. I’ve mentioned it before and I’ll say it again here. By far, they have some of the best prices and are usually the first place I look for something. This is my number one pick for Korea online shopping because they have a good return policy and you get your items quickly.
Korean Online Shopping Returns
For most regular fashion products like clothes and shoes you can exchange a defective item or exchange to another size within 14 days. Also, if you just don’t like it you can return the item for within 14 days. I wanted to mention, though, that swimwear, underwear, jewelry can only be exchanged if it’s defective. They won’t let you exchange those things for another size or if you just don’t want it anymore. The only let you exchange those kinds of items if there’s something wrong with it. So, if you’re just buying clothes or shoes you’re free to return it or exchange it within 2 weeks. But, if you’re buying underwear and swimwear make sure you get your right size because they only let you exchange it if it’s defective.
Korean Fashion Deals
Another great thing about buying Korean clothes online from Yes Style is that they are always having specials and deals. Right now for example they are having a deal where if you spend you get free shipping AND they have a 10% off coupon. That’s just at the time of this writing, though. They might have something different going on when you read this. They also have a lot of flash sales so I like to check there often to see what they have going on. This is what’s great about buying Korean clothing online. You can check around and see when they are having sales, all from your phone and laptop!
Korean Online Shop: Most Legit
My favorite legit Korean online kpop shop is QNIGirls. As the name suggests, they only have women’s clothes, but don’t worry there are plenty of other places to find men’s clothing. For women’s Korean clothing online this is, in my opinion, the most authentic you can get. They are actual Korean clothes shipped from Korea. The website is in Korean, lol, but if you’re using Google Chrome it will automatically translate the page for you. So, no worries if you don’t speak Korean. Anyway, this Korean online shop is the real deal. They have tops, bottom, outerwear, and pretty much anything you would want for Korean clothing. For summer, they are also having a lot of swimwear. They a good selection of makeup, shoes and accessories and it is all real deal Korean stuff. So, if you’re looking for a real Korean shopping online experience this is the place to go.
Kpop costumes are another story, though. If you are looking for a costume that you have seen on stage then they might not have what you’re looking for. For something more traditional (or should I say a LOT more traditional) we have a new post on where to find a korean hanbok for sale online. Be on the lookout in the future though as I’ll likely be posting on that soon.
By the way, if you’re feeling brave with your Korean language skills… check out this site: Naver Shopping. A lot of the text is images, so the browser translator won’t work, but check it out if you’re up for it.

Do you love Korean clothing? That’s probably why you are here! I love Korean clothing and fashion and that’s why I made this website. Today I wanted to talk a little bit about what I like about it, where you can find it online. Something that I like a lot about Korean fashion and clothing is the dresses.
One of my favorite places to get dresses is from Yesstyle. There are many different styles of Korean dresses but one of my favorites is the cute, or aegyo, kind. Aegyo is basically Korean for cute…
One of the reasons that I love the cuter dresses is that they are really nice but are still modest and don’t look like you’re trying too hard. Now, a little side point I thought was interesting… what’s considered “going overboard” with your clothes really depends a lot on your culture.
For example, in South Korea, I’ve noticed that it’s a lot more common for girls to show their legs. On the other hand, it’s considered more edgy to show your back and shoulders. Here in Florida where I live, it’s actually the opposite. Girls don’t show their legs as much, but they show a lot of back, shoulders and chest. Of course different people have different styles and preferences, but it’s still considered modest to show your shoulders here whereas it isn’t in South Korea.
That’s one interesting thing that I found about the difference between Korean outfits and other types of fashion: the culture. The culture plays a really large part in what is considered cute and what is considered edgy. I suppose it’s because in Korea it’s a lot colder so it’s okay to show your legs more but if you’re showing off your shoulders I guess it looks like you’re just trying too hard. I guess it’s just too cold! But in hot, sunny Florida, it’s just too hot to cover your shoulders. But you don’t want to go overboard and show too much of your legs either. Of course different people will disagree with this, but that’s just been my observation of the difference between Korean clothing and outfits and what see you around here. Check out our list of top Korean clothing brands below (click to drop down to the list)
Of course, you can’t leave out the classic flowy blouse with a skirt look.
So, if you live somewhere where it’s not all that socially acceptable to show your legs a whole lot, make sure that you take a good look at the Korean dress that you buy. When you’re looking at Korean fashion style clothing, remember that will probably show a lot of leg, especially if you’re tall.
Other Korean Clothing and Outfits
One of my other favorite Korean outfits is the snuggly sweater with shorts. You can see a lot of kpop stars wearing them. It’s something you see a lot of and videos and even in some airport fashion. That’s the great thing about Seoul. You can see kpop and movie stars everywhere because a lot of them live in that one big city, so you get to see both the red carpet Korean fashion as well as the more casual outfits. One of the outfits I like the best is the cute fuzzy sweater top with shorts. I like it because it keeps you warm and toasty and but still but doesn’t look too casual because the shorts make it cute even for going out. This is a nice outfit for hanging out with friends or just being at home. But, you can even go out and look fantastic. That’s what I love about Korean style clothing. If you look at a lot of airport fashion, it’s really nice but it’s very comfortable too. Not all Korean clothing is meant to be super comfortable, but a lot of it is. So, you can look for your favorite Korean outfits on the variety of websites online. You can also check out our new article on where you can buy hanbok.
Top Korean Clothing Brands (Hottest Designer Brands in Seoul Right Now)
These are expensive name brands, but they are true Seoulite high fashion.
D.Gnak (mens only)
Ok, so you want to replicate the looks of your favorite kpop star? This checklist is the fastest way to do it.
- Picking one outfit worn by your favorite Korean idol.
- Choose the most defining thing about that outfit.
- Search for their name and that item.
- If that doesn’t work, use different terms for the clothes
- Think of this as outfit hunting and don’t get distracted.
- When you find the item, save it for later.
- Go to the next most defining thing and repeat.
What I Mean By Most Defining Article of Clothing
This is a matter of perspective, but you’ll want to start stands out the most to you in the outfit. It might be the shoes. It might be the dress. Maybe the hat. Just pick the ONE thing that you feel is the most important part of the outfit and start there.
Hunting vs Browsing
One thing I learned to do that is very helping when finding Korean fashion online is to think of it as hunting rather than browsing. When browsing you’re looking around to see what’s there. This takes way more effort as you have to look at everything and make little decisions about whether something would work or not. This is why shopping can be so draining. You’re making these tiny decisions, but doing it over and over again really wears you out. It’s mentally intensive and just not the most fun way to shop whether at a kpop shop online or in the store.
When hunting, on the other hand, you have something specific in mind and you ignore everything else. You only have to make one decision: is this the thing I’m looking for? That’s it. You can make that decision over and over again and it’s way less tiring than just browsing. Also, when you have something in mind, it tends to jump out at you because you’re thinking about it.
The same way if you think about everything red in the room. Go ahead and try it. Think about “red” and look around the room. See how all those things that are red just pop out at you? Now think “blue” and look again. Now, you’re seeing all these blue things you didn’t notice before. This is how our brains work and you can use it to help you find Korean fashion a lot faster and make shopping online a lot more fun.

As you can probably tell, I really love Korean fashion. This article I’m going to be talking a little bit more about what I love about Korean style and clothes. I’ll also be going into some of my favorite places to buy Korean Fashion online!
Finding Korean Style Clothes Online
No doubt, you are here because you love kpop and Korean style clothing. You have probably looked around and tried to find specific items of clothing that you’ve seen your favorite K-pop stars wear. In addition to K-pop, kdrama Stars are also famous for what they’re wearing both on-screen and off-screen. The same goes for K-pop Stars. They are just as well known for what they wear to the airport as for what they wear on stage or in their music videos.
Some of my favorite places to buy Korean style clothes is Yesstyle. They have a lot of different selection of Korean Style clothing. Another really good place to get Korean clothes is Qnigirls. They are based in South Korea so they’re about as legit as you can find when it comes to Korean clothing brands.
Cold Weather Korean Fashion
One of my favorite things about Korean fashion is that it is nice and warm while being really stylish. Korea is about the same latitude as North Carolina in the United States. Now, North Carolina is not all that cold, but South Korea is a lot colder even though it is on the same latitude. The reason for this is that South Korea gets the Siberian winds from the north. So, even though South Korea and North Carolina are all about the same latitude, South Korea is a lot colder for most of the year. Because it is a lot chillier in South Korea the style has evolved to include lots of stylish outerwear. A lot of Korean fashion style includes blazers, trench coats, peacoats, boots, and other things that you generally wear in the winter.
Summer fashion can be fun, but nothing beats the stylishness of a more formal looking winter outfit. This is one of the main reasons that I love Korean fashion. They use a lot of nice clothes that keep you warm and look really stylish. Because it’s a little cooler, people focus more on dressing up nicely and taking very good care of their clothes. In warmer climates, it seems like it’s just too hot to do that and so people dress a lot more casually. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but it’s just my personal preference to dress a little more on the nicer side and be a little less casual.
Casual Korean Clothes
Even the airport fashion that you see K-pop stars wear are really stylish and look really nice. The whole point of going to the airport is to be comfortable, but I love to see how these K-Pop Stars still manage to look amazing even though they’re in their most casual attire. Even if they’re just wearing sweat pants and a baggy shirt. You can tell that they are well-fitting and flatter their shape and are carefully selected. We also have the other end of the spectrum with traditional korean clothes with our hanbok article, including our favorite hanbok store.
Well, that’s my take on it!
